Westwind MOTO products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available and problems are very rare, but if you do have any issues, in the first instance please contact the authorised reseller where you purchased the product from.
Where this is not possible Westwind MOTO are happy to assist with a guarantee claim.
To contact us about a guarantee either e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and description of the problem and confirm when and where your Westwind MOTO product was purchased and where in the World you are.

Return postage costs will not be covered so please do contact us before sending any products back. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage.
A proof of purchase will always be required.
Westwind MOTO reserves the right to repair or replace products at their discretion in line with the policies of the Westwind MOTO Guarantee.
In the case of a replacement a direct “like for like” model will be offered or an equivalent model if the original is no longer in production/available. No cash alternative is available.
All internal production tags must be in tact and unaltered.
The Westwind MOTO 10-Year Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original owner against defects in material and /or workmanship and is limited to repair or replacement of the product, not consequential damage or associated costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
