Due to our tax-inclusive shipping mechanism, packages imported into the EU have experienced longer customs clearance times, with an average delay of over 5 days. As a result, delivery times may have been extended, and we appreciate your understanding.
To address this issue, we have switched to a new shipping method starting from August 15th, which will significantly reduce customs clearance time. The updated estimated delivery times are as follows:
