  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland (excluding items over 5 kg), Sweden, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Greece, Denmark, Hungary, Finland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Ireland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Luxembourg

  • Oceania: New Zealand, Australia

  • Asia: Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Israel, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, India, Saudi Arabia

2. The final order price includes shipping fees but excludes taxes, including but not limited to the following countries/regions:

  • Europe: Norway, Malta, Montenegro, Serbia, Iceland, Albania, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Kosovo, Réunion, Guernsey

  • North America: Mexico, Guatemala

  • South America: Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil

  • Africa: South Africa, Namibia, Kenya

  • Asia: Qatar, Pakistan

Delivery Time:

  • USA & EU/UK:
    3-5 business days if item(s) is in stock at local warehouse, or 8-15 business days via international express delivery.

  • All Other Countries:
    7-18 business days through our international express service.

August 19, 2025：Update on Delivery Delays and Improved Shipping Method

Dear Valued Customers,

In the past month, EU customs have been conducting stricter inspections on imported goods. Due to our tax-inclusive shipping mechanism, packages imported into the EU have experienced longer customs clearance times, with an average delay of over 5 days. As a result, delivery times may have been extended, and we appreciate your understanding.

To address this issue, we have switched to a new shipping method starting from August 15th, which will significantly reduce customs clearance time. The updated estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order process time: 1-3 days.

Delivery time: 

  • USA: Generally within 10 days    Import Tax Included

  • Major EU Countries & UK: Generally within 11 days   Import Tax Included

  • AU NZ： Generally within 12 days  Import Tax Included
