Meine Freunde und ich haben eine Tour durch die baltischen Staaten geplant. Durch Zufall bin ich auf die Motorradtaschen von Westwind Moto gestoßen. Kurz gesagt: Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Qualität der Produkte.
Auch der Support war hervorragend – bei jedem Problem wurde mir schnell, unkompliziert und ohne Wenn und Aber geholfen. Die Taschen haben ihren Zweck mehr als erfüllt und selbst Hitze, Regen und Schlamm problemlos standgehalten.
Meine Freunde waren von der Qualität ebenfalls so überzeugt, dass sie nun in Erwägung ziehen, sich ebenfalls solche Taschen anzuschaffen.
Zwar gab es für mein Motorrad keine passende Halterung, aber ich konnte mir mit etwas Eigeninitiative selbst eine Lösung bauen.
Für mich gibt es 15 von 10 Punkten für Qualität und Support. Natürlich hätte ich noch einige praktische Verbesserungsvorschläge, aber das würde hier zu weit führen. Stattdessen möchte ich mich herzlich bei der Firma und ihren Mitarbeitern für die großartige Unterstützung und Freundlichkeit bedanken.

My friends and I did a tour through the Baltic states, and more or less by chance I came across the motorcycle bags from Westwind Moto. Long story short: I’m absolutely blown away by the quality!
The support was simply outstanding — whenever I had an issue, I got quick and straightforward help, no questions asked. The bags handled everything: heat, rain, mud — no problem at all.
My friends were immediately impressed as well and are now considering getting some themselves.
There wasn’t a proper mounting solution available for my bike, but with a bit of tinkering I just built my own setup.
From me, it’s a clear 15 out of 10 for quality and support! I do have a few ideas for improvement, but that would go beyond the scope here. So instead, just a big thank you to the whole team for the help and friendliness!

Looks and feels like high quality panniers. Heavy duty for sure. The locking/adjustable hooks are a bit difficult to place in convenient places. Having a tool box mounted on the inside of the luggage rack makes it near impossible to place the lock in a place that will actually secure the mounting plate, but turning a J hook fixes that issue.
